Can you come out to inspect the site before building?

Yes, we arrange free site inspections and visits—book an appointment to view our demo pod in Stretton (postcode 4116) or have a consultant come on-site for measurements and advice. We check ground level, access, and suitability before quoting.

How customisable are our pods?

Pods are fully customisable with interior/exterior cladding, concrete footings, electricals, hybrid flooring, insulation, windows, doors, and more to match your needs.

How long does it take to build a pod and have it delivered?

The whole process takes 4-6 weeks from consultation. Materials arrive in 3-4 weeks, then on-site build takes 2-7 days based on size/customisation.

What are the benefits of transportable building vs traditional onsite construction?

Transportable pods reduce build time (weeks vs months), minimise weather delays, cut costs by 20-30%, and cause less site disruption while using quality controlled factory processes.

Do we offer plumbing?

No, we don't offer plumbing but refer trusted local plumbers for post-build installations like sinks or showers.

We use concrete footings or adjustable stumps suited to your site for stability, often no crane needed for smaller pods.

What warranty comes with the pod?

Pods come with a 12-month warranty covering materials and workmanship to Australian standards. Exclusions apply for misuse, weather damage, or unauthorised modifications. This provides peace of mind on quality during the first year
